Rites of Passage for Our Youth includes information, guidelines, and suggestions to our youth regarding life. Some of our youth do not have direction, hope, and self-worth and do not have of the training and support some of us had growing up. Author Ronald Francis Sr. believes they need encouragement and support.

About the Author


Ronald Francis Sr. retired from the government after forty years of service. During that time, he volunteered and worked on the Yeadon Recreation Board / Committee for more than ten years. They planned and coordinated programs for youth and residents. They met with youth groups and group leaders to assist them with community programs. Ronald also worked with other youth organizations.


Ronald's interests include having activities and programs for our youth. Our youth are our future. He believes our youth should have a focus on positive programs that will help them develop their skills and fulfill their dreams and desires.


Ronald has a loving family, including his wife, two sons, and two grandchildren.
