Holding On To Hope Sharon K

As a mother watching my child lying there day after day, night after night, with machines keeping him alive, I felt totally helpless. This was one fight I could not fight for him to fight to live. I did not know if he could hear me but I did know that my love for him would endure and I would do everything in my power to see that he had the best chance possible of surviving this catastrophic accident. I had to hold on to hope that my son would live. I refused to allow the machines that were keeping him alive to be turned off. I could not give up hope.
