It also defines the population of the uninsured and what actions have been taken to address the massive numbers of them. It gives a critique of the Healthcare Reform Bill of 2010 signed into law by President Obama and concludes with strategies envisioned to alleviate the burden of the uninsured on the American healthcare system.
