A computer of alien manufacture is stranded on planet Earth, where it befriends a shipwrecked Viking warrior who mistakenly assumes it is Odin, the God of choice for Viking warriors. They then embark on a mission to bring the human race into the space age. Along the way they deal with crooks, firefighters, and others, including a simple working girl, President of the United States, Doctors, and Alien Emperors. They all meet Odin at some point, who provides them with new meaning for the term 'artificial intelligence'
