A computer file survives the raid on Osama bin Laden in the hands of his last courier and it launches a mission across the Middle East, Europe, Canada and into New England to kill four American soldiers. Iranian intelligence has decided to assist in the mission, but are caught off guard when it's hijacked by a former terrorist leader on his own mission of vengeance. A double agent in Pakistan warns the Americans, but no one knows what form the attacks will take or where they will come from. As they scramble to uncover all the players in the game, a mole in their own ranks jeopardizes everyone's safety. An unscrupulous Army General plans to use the soldiers as bait to trap the courier alive and get as much information out of him as possible. He doesn't plan on them taking matters into their own hands to end the terrorist threat once and for all, even if it means crossing international borders. From a dusty checkpoint in Afghanistan to a cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, nobody knows for sure who all the players are.
