After thirty-five years of developing, owning, and operating six sit-down restaurants, three Taco Bells, two fast-food hamburger joints, and consulting on several other restaurant projects, he has comprised an autobiographical account of his experiences in the restaurant business. The author is offering advice and experience to help future restaurateurs realize their dream by helping them to recognize and avoid the pitfalls of failure that he has personally seen and experienced in his restaurant career.
