This book was written with the objective to help bilingual teachers and parents in preparing children to have an efficient understanding of reading, as well as understanding the writing process. This book presents in different ways some of the most important elements of narrative and expository text, which, generally, are not easily identified by students. Studying each element separately and individually, students will learn how to identify the elements easier in text, as well as how to use these elements in their own literary creations."
