As in the past, so it is in the present, men continue to predict the coming of the Lord according to their calculations. Numerous dates have previously been set for this occurrence only to be revised when it did not occur. The latest prediction as of this writing was set for December of 2012. It is prophesied by the scriptures that this date need be modified also. The predicted dates will continue to occur until we get the picture that we may be misinterpreting the scriptures. In this work G. L. Parks examines the scriptures from a different perspective than he was taught and that which is found in much of the contemporary church world. Most modern prophecy centers around doom and gloom for the planet due to misinterpretation and/or the seeming need for sensationalism. It is shown here that there is total victory at the Cross and by the Spirit for mankind; that man will rule and reign on the earth through that which God has already made available to the inhabitants of the planet. Of course, this modifies the understanding of His coming. Could it be possible that His coming is not how it is portrayed in modern eschatology and that He has already come to change the world in a fashion understood by few?
