John R. Sikes
A tale of a young boy's first open-oceans fishing trips. Young Jason joins his uncle's fishing vessel for the Pacific Northwest fishing seasons. Adventure and danger abound as Uncle Buck and Jason's dad, the captain of another boat, join together to harvest the great ocean's bounty. Jason learns the trade from some salty old dogs as he tries to earn the money to buy his first car. He will be called upon to help his family and save the life of his boat mates as they battle the elements at sea.
