Sounds of a Dictionary: a Teaching and Learning Aid Chetwynd Seal

'Sounds of a dictionary' will be of assistance to: children or adults whose first language is English and who are just learning the sounds associated with it; adults whose first language is not English (ESOL learners); and people with varying degrees of dyslexia. Teachers should also find this book useful. We know the sounds of English and use them naturally but recalling them for the learner is not as easy as it sounds. Used in conjunction with the learner or learners should be advantageous to both.
