If you prepare for the future you will not suffer when the time comes to present it's self. If you don't think that bad things has not happened in America just think about this. September 11th 2001 Terrorist murdered almost 3000 Americans. In 1993, 54 people died and 403,000 people became ill during a two week period after an outbreak of Cryptosporidium in the city's water system of Milwaukee. On August 14th 2003 55 million people were left in the dark without power for days due to an overloaded power grid and a untrimmed tree. These are just a few examples of why we need to be prepared.
