It was 1968. Under a tropical sky, amid the unbelievable splendor of the Caribbean island of Trinidad, Stacey Lakan found herself falling in love with her boss, Marc Spencer, the president of Spencer Chemicals. Fresh out of high school, Stacey had become Marc Spencer's personal secretary when she joined Spencer Chemicals. Handsome and charming, Marc became the center of her world when she realized that she was becoming attracted to him. She was protective of his privacy and became increasingly jealous of any female visitors that he received. Afraid to give in to these feelings, she tried desperately to deny them without any success. After all, he was a charismatic man and she was young and impressionable, how could she resist his charms. On the small island of Grenada, under a sultry sky, she finds her attraction for him growing against her better judgment. But he is not available; he's married and he has children. Although her well-meaning friends tried to warn her not to get involved with him, it is too late, she's already hopelessly and irrevocably in love with him. Can this love overcome these obstacles?
