This book is based on my personal experience with the farce of a process to protect the rights of the American citizens by the Equal Employment Office Commission. Take this information at its face value and apply it as best you can with your quagmire. Learn all you can, stay on track with the timeframes and attack, attack and attack some more!

Never forget that you are all you have to trust to fight for your rights without concessions! Trust no one; fear no one and most of all KEEP RECORDS!

Keeping records and staying within the time frames given throughout the EEO process will be taxing; however, if you value your rights and keep the faith to win your battle then you will be able to do it. This book is pieced together with laws and publications that I am sure will help guide you, with personal experiences of locking horns with the counselors, dispute analysts, a resolution coordinator, a Postal lawyer, an EEO judge and the EEO manager in Washington, DC. I sent letters to everyone within the Postal arena to include the Postmaster General John Potter and several members of the Board of Governors with great hopes to resolve my complaints as early as possible; however, during the length of my original complaint I was forced into a bankruptcy and a mortgage foreclosure due to the financial strain imposed upon me from the illegal demotion.
