The first step in problem solving is: PROPERLY IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM. Often we attempt to or resolve symptoms of the real, true problem. Often we attempt to or resolve related or resulting problems without ever solving the real, true problem.

Race issues, office politics, personal relationships, male chauvinism, female catty/petty jealousy issues, female self image, male chauvinism, all of these issues stem from one source.

Followers follow what is most popular. Followers want feel like they are apart of the crowd. If someone comes along who is different from the crowd and is not trying to be apart of the crowd, a comparison is done attempting to separate and determine who is right and who is wrong, and who is better and who is worse. Most followers can?t comprehend, understand and accept that some people/things are just simply different, not right or wrong, or better or worse; just simply: different.
