Clouds Over Ravenslea takes place in 1930's Devonshire, England. After serving in the 1914-18 War, Captain James Thorncroft returns to Ravenslea virtually unscathed by his horrific experiences. He is now married to Catherine; they have three children, Eden, Rebecca and Luke. Once the family are together again, everything appears idyllic, but as the summer of 1930 draws to a close, danger threatens the Thorncrofts that could destroy them as well as the beautiful mansion itself.
