This book will help the reader to open the doors of their heart to forgiveness and love by encourgaging them to Lay down their Sword, that is,to stop fighting and arguing. The lack of forgiveness in our lives causes more pain, sickness and death than any disease, because the source of the pain is in the heart. The heart must be healed first and one way this is done is through forgiveness. When we forgive our past we open the doors of our future. We can prevent future pain in our lives, when we totally forgive our past and everyone that is in our present, as well. This is a spiritual journey. A journey that is in many ways like a detoxification. In this book the reader will release anger, hatred and other toxic emotions, and take in love through the "In the Light" excerpts, throughout the book. Upon completetion the reader will be in a more enligthen place. Hence the name, Turn to the Light.
