Amy is a young girl that lives with her parents in Ireland and she has heard stories about fairies all of her life. Amy has always wished to talk to them because she had so many questions to ask and no one could tell her the answers. Her Uncle lives in the country and has beautiful flower gardens and has told her stories of fairies being seen there. This year she was old enough to make the trip to her Uncles alone and her mom and dad said ok for her to visit during a school vacation.

She gets the answer to over sixty questions while visiting their realm and becomes what they call a near fairy. While in their realm she meets and talks to the fairy council then discovers another unknown being.
