We are all human and no matter how much faith or what good intentions we have, we fall short of our expectations or those of others. It is when we internalize these "defeats" and not accept our human-ness that we may become ill emotionally, physically, spiritually, or in our relationships with others. That does not mean that we are necessarily "cured" of our disease, but we are at peace, knowing that all will be all right no matter what happens. It is through honesty, responsibility, commitment, action, and faith that we acquire the freedom to live a fulfilled life!
