Street Photog: a Photographic Survival Manual
Peter Nebergall
What is a "good photographic education?" Given your cameras, and a bag of film, could you feed yourself? There are no "angels" in photography; only folks who've learned their lessons. Author Peter Nebergall is one of them. His book includes chapters on equipment, on portraiture, on sharpness, on motion, on Aerial photography, on editing, even on necessary social skills. WWII photographer Lester Wilson (who lost a leg at Iwo Jima) taught Peter the old ways. In Street Photog, Peter attempts to hand down the lessons he has learned.
