A Life's Journey is a book of poetry about the emotions that many of us experience in everyday life. The ups and downs of everyday life affects us in so many ways. This book is comprised of a multitude of emotions, from depression and sadness, to joy, faith, and the scenic beauty of our complex world. A Life's Journey uses poetry as a way of expressing the author's lifetime battles and joys throughout her lifetime. This book is dedicated to Kandee Biren, L. M. H. C.. She has helped Cindy in so many ways over the past few years and has played a major part in the process of improving her self-esteem. The poems "True Friendship" and "A Special Lady" were written specifically for her.
