It is an adventure between good and evil battling for the magical scepter whoever possess it rules all. The story starts London, England, so Arthur Stones starts out from his family from the London Brethren Church background and Laura Malory and Linus Malory that Arthur Stone is a good warlock who goes into the 5th dimension where he meets Hufflepuff, Wondera, Mrs. Goggles, and Slytherin who are good witches and warlocks.
