Also, each of the illustrations are based on the traditional Lenormand deck by Madame Lenormand. As with the traditional deck, each illustration holds a certain significance and can be understood as that particular meaning. Lucie Maragni's illustrations are more modern and simplified in appearance than the traditional Lenormand deck.
