I want to encourage little girls, teenage girls and young ladies to reach for their goals. While they are reaching for their goals in life, I want to remind them to take care of themselves. Make time for self-care, Never lose sight who they are, and to take care of others along the way. Intentionality is a key to successful goals. All of your efforts should be moving in one direction to make sure that you reach one goal. Your goals should be very simple so that you can accomplish the in a certain time. Be intentional about all of your movement.
