A man once came to Jesus and asked "Good teacher what must I do to inherit the kingdom of GOD?" In the book of Luke: 18vs18, Jesus answering him and said "you know GOD's commands; you must not commit adultery, you must not murder anyone, you must not steal anything, you must not tell lies about other people, you must honor your parents. Jesus did not say you must not wear earrings or use gold. The church of GOD today talks mostly on the use of gold and jewelries as if that takes you to hell but put aside that which populates hell per second. I have heard of many who claimed to have visited hell telling us that they saw people crying in hell just because of gold and jewelries. The book of Revelation 21vs8, talks about things that take a man to hell but it also did not include jewelry or gold. Does that mean the writer forgot to include it? GOD created all things and there was nothing created by GOD that He detests. It is only the wrong use or wrong application of things around us
