Modern day Terranova has a problem. A gigantic wraith monster that devours entire cities, The Eater, has its sights set on Terranova. But there is hope in these dark times. Another wraith, a meddling creature named Necu has a plan to put together a team of magic welding young adults to destroy The Eater before he destroys Terranova. Thus a task force against The Eater is born. The task force is led by Cassidy Williams, a cautious but strong-willed girl. Her force includes a samurai, a giant, a winged archer and a man who is self-proclaimed destined to be the most powerful in the world. But the teens are young and unfamiliar with magic. They must learn to balance living their lives while training their new-found powers. And Necu has some ulterior motives behind creating the task force. But the threat is still The Eater and he is coming.
