The reality is not always pleasant. Because of my own way of thinking, I can handle it better and better. There are always fun and less fun experiences. I focus on the balance in life: after rain comes sunshine and vice versa. I live on the day and every day I do what comes to mind. My past will play an increasingly smaller role, because I am progressing very gradually with my therapy. I like to keep myself busy with the motto: confronting, processing and continuing. I have always been active in a certain way and will always remain active in a certain way. As HSP and HSS, I have characteristics that ensure me that I follow another motto: try and experience. I have already done that all my life, so that really suits me. Despite the daily stimuli and symptoms, I have enough challenges. Small and bigger challenges. To learn from them. I do not sit on a chair in a corner and wait to see what will happen in my life. My future will come automatically, without making plans for it. I do not worry. Life always goes on, no matter what happens. Up to now.
