This is an enlightening Bible Study for women that covers the components of leading a fulfilling Christian life. It is a 6-week course that delves into the physically/athletically, mentally/emotionally, financially, academically/socially and spiritually (saving best for last! right?) aspects that can hinder our spiritual walk with God. The course suggests an action plan in each area in order to come away with a concrete way to become stronger, to become more faithful, and to become all that God intends for us to be!
