The Maze To My Heart is Alexis M. Romo's second poetry and prose chapbook, illustrating her struggle to love someone who loved her the way she always desired after a painful but inevitable heartbreak. Alexis M. Romo is also the author of the poetry and prose chapbook, The Bad, The Awful, The Shitty (2018) and has had her poem, "Can I Write Someone A Letter?" published in the America Library of Poetry's collection of student writers, Accolades (2014), as well as an excerpt of her piece, "Insomniac Thoughts" published as the foreword in Neithan Levi's debut poetry and prose chapbook, Under the Moon (2016).
