First let me take the time to say, this is about our Constitution of the United States of America, the melting pot for all Americans, to be provided with the fullness of the protection of the laws in this country, but did the fullness protection of the laws melted over to the lower class? Or, did the Tyrants and Dictators conspired together to take full control of the power in this country, to stop the flow of Justice from reaching over to the other side?Or, did American drift into a dysfunctional country, not saying that the country was not dysfunctional at first, but it was balanced with a functional level to keep the dysfunctional level in check, which in today's world the level of balance had been lost, and the dysfunctional level have taking over the whole country, meaning, the functional level had been over powered by the dysfunctional level? Do we have double standard laws, one for the citizens of America, and some that applied differently for the justice authorities, who are Judges, Lawyers, District Attorneys, Law Enforcement Agencies, Government high Officials that have control over their staff, and Congress Officials?The American people should take the time out to think real hard of why would our leaders make decisions with the country life that put our children in jeopardy, it might give us a better understanding of how our country got in the predicament that it is end today. First, we have to try and figure out why our leaders would give a pedophile that destroy children lives, and break all communities down, to get two and three chances to come back out just to repeat the act over and over again to our children, and communities. Who refuse to give our freedom fighters, meaning political prisoners a second chance, something seriously must be going on that we do not know about (hmmm). Some might say that the laws were made during those times just for one group of people, and I can say that they are right, to unite all the European colonies together as one to build a country under the fullness protection of the laws for them all. The Tyrants and Dictators found a way to still deprive the European lower class, and used them to fight amongst each other to bring chaos to the European lower class, having them to hate each other was a part of the Tyrants and Dictators plan to make it look like the lower class was holding each other back. As the years grown people was coming from all over the world to get to the land of the free, and the Founding Fathers was (Just) in applying the Equal protection of the laws for everybody under the rule of God and country, which means that the Founding Fathers set the country up under God laws, and one did not have the power to discriminate against any human bean that will follow the laws of the land.
