I was a young man, about twenty years of age when my older sister was assailed with religious questions by her husband and brother. They were both non-believers and wanted to know how could she serve such a cruel God. While they were verbally attacking her she said a small prayer, asking God for something whereby she could answer them. What she answered them, (I believe was Holy Spirit inspired), stuck with me over the last thirty-two years. I have mauled her answer in my mind for many years. over and over again, read scriptures, listened to evangelist and looked at many other sources, but could not fault her answer. Her answer had become my tool whenever I was confronted with similar questions. Without realizing it, I have become so engaged by her answer that I had built a strong case confirming just that. When I recently reminded her about it she was shocked. She remembered her answer to her husband and brother, but never again gave it a second thought. God works in strange ways; I believe her answer was meant for me and to be shared with this present generation.
