Twenty-year-old Cassidy Fields wants out of Philadelphia before her father marries her to an odious man twice her age. Her best friend, Emily Evans, is set to marry a man in Pine Ridge, Colorado, but can't leave as her mother has fallen ill. Cassidy is both stunned and eager when Emily suggests Cassidy go in her place as the Mail Order Bride of Wyatt Thomas. Wyatt Thomas, a former member of the outlaw Wolfe Gang, has gone straight and wants a bride to help him build his dream - a cattle ranch. Meanwhile, the last members of the Wolfe Gang, Hank and Ray, have been seeking Wyatt for the last two years. Unbeknownst to Wyatt, he has in his possession a map to the gang's buried money. Hank and Ray find him and hatch a plan. Ray holds Cassidy hostage while Hank demands Wyatt turn over the map to the hidden loot-a map Wyatt knows nothing about. Cassidy fears not only for her life but for Wyatt's. There seems to be no way out. Can Wyatt somehow save them both? And can they ever forgive each other for lying?
