This a self-help process to find our hearts and end anxiety and depression. It contains exercises and meditations to help the process go faster. This is the path of self love that few take. This is my story and how I set myself free from a life of misery. I wish I could tell you it is a miracle instant healing book. But it is not an easy fix. Our minds were programmed at a subconscious level and it is now us who need to reprogram our minds. The problem began in our minds and it has to end in our minds too. With the help of exercises and meditations, we will reprogram our minds to end up manifesting a life of effortless joy and peace. It will change all our wrong perceptions and expectations in our minds. The purpose of this life is to fall in love with ourselves. It is the only path out of anxiety and depression. It is a choice. If we do not resolve, we eventually duplicate; our relationships will continue to model our low self-esteem. If we do not stop the cycle, we will pass it to our next generation. Your life matters, break the cycle of pain and find true love again. The only love that can heal you from the inside out. The love you have been craving your entire life, the love from you to yourself. No other love can complete you.
