I objected to Adam's use of the word, alough it wasn't because the word described us inaccurately, but because he assumed it gave him control over our reproductive organs. I understood the need to populate Eden with more of our kind since there were so few of us, so the objection concerned his method rather than his desired outcome. Even with the complete removal of all liberty and freedom by the Government, a woman's womb had always remained her own property, including her gestating fetus. Breeding us like animals would not solve our population problem since it fomented resistance. I had not gained my freedom only to become breeding stock, and I would fight and die if need be to prevent it from happening.
