This author's years of teaching adult education brought her into frequent contact with students suffering the crushing effects of broken relationships. In her work of supporting and counseling her students and others, she developed a useful list of helpful responses to the challenges facing those living in the aftermath of a painful breakup.

When her own life experience made her a survivor of the rejection and heartbreak of being dumped by someone she loved and trusted, she decided to share her list of helpful responses, in her book "Dos and Don'ts When You've Been DUMPED," as an encouragement to others.

While not a lawyer, doctor, or cleric, this author encourages those needing professional advice and support, to seek such services. Her desire is that through lessons learned from the personal life experiences of others, that readers can find hope and encouragement as they succeed in overcoming their own relationship ordeal.
