This book will serve as a reference for the experienced Board leader and advisor, and as a general guide for the new Board leader, or member or professional dealing with a Board. It grows out of a half century or so of service on non-profit boards and serving as a legal and general advisor to many profit, non-profit and governmental Boards and their leaders.
