"Kwanzaa Celebration" is a play which focuses on a group of children at a community center who hosts a Kwanzaa event. Tension and uncertainty develops over whether the event will go on as planned. The Swahili language is used to introduce the principles and symbols to build and strengthen people, families and communities. You are invited to learn and enjoy the celebration through the language, songs, dance, and stories which come together in a rich and vibrant message of oneness
