Anxiety is one cruel condition to have, because it can push us all to places that no mortal should every have to go, places of total isolation, places of unmitigated despair and places that simply consume us with unimaginable levels of fear. To live with chronic anxiety is to connect with the very essence of mortal fragility, where perceptions of this horrendous condition are clouded at worst and where hope always seems to be in some far distant horizon at best. But despite populist beliefs, chronic anxiety is not a life sentence and that is a FACT for once we understand the rationale behind root cause analysis, we are able to free ourselves from chronic anxiety's grasp and soar once more like the eagles we were born to be.
