Uwf: University of West (Worst)florida Exposed! Joseph Covino Jr.

UWF: University of West("Worst") Florida Exposed! is the stark but timeless cautionary tale about a lone disadvantaged student's triumphant struggle-against the entire corrupt good old boy network of one imperious and puritanical state institution of lower learning-to preserve his First Amendment rights of free speech and expression. For several years in the late 1970s and early 1980s the justice-seeking convictions of a single student, who took a defiant stand against censorship and bureaucratic oppression, were pitted against the whole machinery of bureaucratic coercion mobilized against him in a combative war of conspiratorial plots and dirty tricks. Exposed are an era's vilest bureaucratic knaves and villains: Bennett, Byrkit, Campbell, Committe, Clark, Curtis, Doerr, Dye, Elebash, Ellsworth, Henderson, Hopkins, Hudnall, Latham, Maygarden, Miklovich, Miller, Ranelli, Robinson, Waltrip. Because the struggle for justice against evil-minded, malicious and vicious men is universal this true account is relevant and vital to the academic and educational careers of university students of any age.
