On the lonely, windswept, sun baked plains of west Texas stands an assortment of adobe cottages. It is the Boys Ranch, home for 100 orphaned boys. Each year a sad old padre has the unpleasant task of sending each boy on his way when he turns eighteen. This is done to make room for the little boys on the waiting list. Last week Grady McCain was a carefree member of the baseball team. With no gun, no horse and no idea where he will sleep tonight. Colleen and Marlene are two beautiful young ladies who find themselves homeless when within twenty-four hours after their father was murdered an unscrupulous holder of a lien on their ranch forecloses. The young boy/man walks straight into a fight for survival, not only for himself but for two lovely young ladies.
