In one such city, The Program is the only solution. Cameras watch every street corner. Every building. Every home. With the footage sold to the highest bidder. A new era of prosperity emerges, where no one goes hungry and crime is nearly non-existent. But at what cost? Trenton was just a kid when this all began. Twenty years later, it's hard to imagine what life was like before The Program ripped his family apart.
