BY THE TIME I ACKNOWLEDGED I had slipped out of the Peace of God's Love, the cancer of ego had eaten away at my faith. And then God whispered...and my life changed. Peace permeated my being. In this state, I saw life with different eyes and understood my worldly concerns didn't have to identify me. I had obligations, but no longer felt the heavy weight of them. I was able to stand in observance of my world, rather than be caught in the drama of living it, but God had specifically said: "Say hello to me through people...." That may sound easy enough, except I was card-carrying introvert. The thought of applying the Process in 3 Steps-focusing on a stranger, looking them in the eyes, and saying "hello" with God intent-was scary. I was used to doing hit and run hellos, and now I was to acknowledge God in everyone. So with my dog Dino by my side, we took one step at a time embarking on a journey in our neighborhood and throughout this beautiful world. This is my story of faith rebuilt.
