This book was birthed through self-acceptance. When I look back over my life, I realized that there were people and things that were out of my control, that I could not change. I also knew that I didn't want to live in the past any longer, so I had to start examining my own life and accepting reality for what it really was. As I began my journey, I wanted to help others begin theirs. Your journey will not be easy, but it will be worth it. There is nothing in life that is easy. There will be some distractions, bumps in the road, and doubt, but you must remember that the journey you are about to travel is for you.
