Philosophy, Psychology, Principles, Practice: The Four Ps to Your Introspective Transformation, is a traditionally looking, new-wave encompassing book of the self-help, improvement genre that is designed to act as a guide for those struggling to overcome memories of their past, address current elements of their present, in order to move on with their life for the future.



Broken up into four different acts, the book covers a variety of topics that runs alongside the growth one goes through their transformation. Included, but not limited to; Rejection, Loneliness, Structured perspective, sex, love/dating, fitness, college and careers, all heart of it, the author calls back to significant moments in their own life as a way to relate the reader closer to their own experiences. Its audience is anyone who feels stuck, suffers from severe anxiety, longs for success, and dreams of peace.



In the regards to the structure, it is a narrative that is neither non-linearly linear, or linearly non-linear whilst being both simultaneously. Meaning, someone, depending on their questions revolving around their current self, can go to the contents, choose a section, and work back and subsequently forward.
