Several couples from Rogersville, a central Alabama town, along with their Police Chief William "Bill" Freeway, have been invited to a new spa-hotel in North Alabama for two weeks to enjoy all the conveniences for free! But, three couple disappear without a trace from the hotel and it's up to the Police Chief to find out what happened. Little does he know that the answer begins at his hometown and what he finds will surprise him and the reader also. He gets shot at, and he shoots back, and someone gets killed! It grips the reader from start to finish!
