Life, Spirit, and You: "The Alpha Train" Gail J. Chiasson 1. izdevums

This inspirational, motivational, and holistic book was written to create a network of camaraderie amongst women to help relieve the feeling of loneliness, isolation, prejudice, and unfairness in personal and professional situations. As you read about each person in Life, Spirit, and You, there may be a situation or personal trait that might be like yourself or someone you know. We are all in life together and need to feel that we are not alone. These are short stories to take with you on the bus, train, or maybe even to the airport. Following most of the chapters, is an area for your own personal notes. You might have been in or heard of a similar situation, please take a moment to reflect how you reacted or dealt with it. The last chapter is to be written by you, for you.
