The author, now 92 years young, began writing two and four lines at age eleven. Raised in rural central Illinois and educated in a one-room schoolhouse, she was asked by the teacher to make Valentines for the class. Capturing life?s experiences in poetry became her hobby and endures to this day. The content covers a myriad of subjects, love, family, faith in God, prayer, travel, history, nature and much more.
