Follow Nicole's story of romance and adventure as she falls in love and learns that with the right person two people can make a difference. A westerner named Jim Becker rescues her and takes her to his home in the Colorado Territory. Jim and Nicole fall in love and through each others encouragement they begin a life of personal growth. Together, they try to fight social prejudice and indifference with a common goal of creating a free state out west. Along the way, they discover themselves and the magic of the human spirit.
