Life at Parliament Square continues in the second book of the Parliament Square series, For Better . . . For Worse. The first book, You Can't Get There From Here, introduced Sara Jennings, following her transition from independent living to life in a senior retirement community. In the last chapter of that book, Sara and Joseph became engaged to be married.

Now Sara's story continues as she enjoys new experiences while savoring memories of days gone by. She opens a new chapter in her book of life with all the confidence of a four-year-old in a Superman cape. She refuses to allow her chronological age to define her, seizing life with the geriatric version of reckless abandon. Life is once again an adventure instead of a meaningless progression of hours to be endured until tomorrow arrives.
