After massive earthquakes rock the capital and the infrastructure begins to crumble, the Government is unable to cope. The power grid is about to collapse. Food shortages are coming. Civil unrest will soon follow.




Mark Dobson gets an early warning from an insider that a national state of emergency is about to be declared. He has just two hours' head start to get his family safe, before widespread panic hits.
