William Henry Fox Talbot: Beyond Photography - Studies in British Art
Eleanor Robson
William Henry Fox Talbot was a British pioneer in photography, yet he also embraced wider preoccupations of Victorian Age - a time that saw many political, intellectual, technical, and industrial changes. This title reveals the connections and contrasts between his photographic innovations and his investigations into optics, and classical studies.
